Kickstand Strathmore is now open! Operated by Trellis Society, our new youth hub offers free mental health, wellness, and health services for young people aged 11–25, all in one welcoming, inclusive space. We’re here for Indigenous youth, newcomers, 2SLGBTQ+ folks, and anyone who needs support.

Kickstand Strathmore will offer culturally safe care, grounded in Indigenous knowledge and traditions. Services are co-created with Indigenous partners and may include:

Need immediate support outside our open times?
The support you need doesn’t always follow a schedule. When Kickstand staff are unavailable, you can still speak with someone who cares. Through our partnership with Kids Help Phone, trained crisis responders are available to listen and support you whenever you need to talk. You’re not alone.
