At Kickstand Bonnyville – The Hive Youth Hub in conjunction with the Bonnyville Primary Care Network, acknowledge that we are on Treaty 6 territory, a traditional meeting ground, traveling route, and gathering place for Cree, Saulteaux, Blackfoot, Métis, Dene, and Nakota Sioux peoples. We acknowledge all the many First Nations, Métis, and Inuit whose footsteps have marked this land for centuries. As organizations, we strive to align our daily operations with the Truth and Reconciliation Commission of Canada and the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples. We are committed to the recommendations in the Truth and Reconciliation Commission and work daily towards reconciliation and continued decolonization.
