Kickstand Grande Prairie offers free support for young people ages 11–25 in a safe, welcoming, and inclusive space. Access mental health, substance use, peer support, Indigenous wellness, primary health care, workshops, counselling, and more; all under one roof. No referral is needed, and you can drop in and book an appointment whenever you’re ready.
There are so many free events and programs you can join at Kickstand Grande Prairie, in-person or online. You’ll find health and wellness workshops, 1-on-1 counselling, substance use and harm reduction support, restorative justice circles, 2SLGBTQ+ peer support groups, and more!

You can still access support remotely through Kickstand Connect — our free, virtual platform for young people across Alberta.
Need immediate support outside our open times?
The support you need doesn’t always follow a schedule. When Kickstand staff are unavailable, you can still speak with someone who cares. Through our partnership with Kids Help Phone, trained crisis responders are available to listen and support you whenever you need to talk. You’re not alone.
