Free Support for Young People in Alberta

A Safe Place to Breathe, Relax, and Find Support.

Free support for young Albertans ages 11-25

At Kickstand, we provide free therapy and support for mental health, substance use, and more, tailored to young people aged 11-25 across Alberta.

Whether you’re in Edmonton, Bonnyville, Grande Prairie, Fort Saskatchewan, or anywhere in Alberta, you can access our confidential therapy services for anxiety, depression, trauma, and more—both virtually and in-person, with no waitlists.

Our services are designed to provide young people with a safe space to talk, relax, and get the peer support and mental health therapy they need, all for free.

Need immediate support outside our open times?

The support you need doesn’t always follow a schedule. When Kickstand staff are unavailable, you can still speak with someone who cares. Through our partnership with Kids Help Phone, trained crisis responders are available to listen and support you whenever you need to talk. You’re not alone.
