Kickstand Spruce Grove is opening soon, aimed at serving the Tri-Region area!
Operated by The City of Spruce Grove, in partnership with Mental Health Foundation, our new youth hub will offer free mental health, wellness, and health services for young people aged 11–25; all in one welcoming, inclusive space. We’re here for Indigenous youth, newcomers, 2SLGBTQ+ folks, and anyone who needs support.

What you’ll find at Kickstand Spruce Grove
Free, confidential drop-in support Monday–Friday
Youth Support Navigation available most days
On-site counselling, nurse practitioner, and mental health & substance use support
Wellness, Creative, Life, and Education Labs throughout the week
Employment, mentorship, and newcomer support programs
Rotating weekly groups (fitness, talking circles, caregiver & parent groups)
Youth-led and community groups on select days
Support available on-site and at Stony Plain Youth Centre
Registered programs coming soon, including Balancing Your Medicine Wheel and Dungeons & Dragons
