A new space for mental health, wellness, and community is opening its doors in Strathmore.

At Kickstand, we offer free, confidential support for young people aged 11–25. Whether you’re looking for someone to talk to, culturally grounded support, or a safe space to connect—you’re welcome here.

👣 Indigenous Health & Wellness Services

Kickstand Strathmore will offer culturally safe care, grounded in Indigenous knowledge and traditions. Services are co-created with Indigenous partners and may include:

  • Access to Indigenous wellness workers

  • Elders and Knowledge Keepers

  • Cultural supports and land-based healing

  • Connection to community-led programming

What Else to Expect?

  • Mental health & substance use support

  • Peer support from people who get it

  • Walk-in, youth-friendly space—no referral needed

  • No health card required. Just show up.
