At Kickstand, we offer free, confidential support for young people aged 11–25. Whether you’re looking for someone to talk to, culturally grounded support, or a safe space to connect—you’re welcome here.
👣 Indigenous Health & Wellness Services
Kickstand Strathmore will offer culturally safe care, grounded in Indigenous knowledge and traditions. Services are co-created with Indigenous partners and may include:
Access to Indigenous wellness workers
Elders and Knowledge Keepers
Cultural supports and land-based healing
Connection to community-led programming
